T House Sibiu is located in the old center of Sibiu. The house was built around the 1820s and completely restored in 2019. We offer accommodation in studio units and apartment units that can be booked separately or together. The T House Sibiu units each feature an individual bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, kettle, Krups Nescafé espresso machine, and air conditioning. Towels and toiletries are provided. Free WiFi internet access is available.
T House Sibiu is a building with a history of over two centuries. The building preserves the specific architecture of Sibiu and is one of the few that survived in the area partially destroyed by the dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu between 1987 and 1989. T House Sibiu was scheduled for demolition in January 1990, the month immediately following December 1989, when the communists fell from power in Romania during the bloodiest European revolution of modern times. With the people's victory over the dictatorship, T House, as well as other buildings in the area, was saved from imminent destruction.
